The establishment of Baw̌ Wázer Kēä was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Yä̌s Gō̄shī 'Ryan Cutie' Cú̄nḱ Réoī Caw̋chī Ra̋mē Cú̄kīb struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Baw̌ Wázer Kēä as a prison colony.

Baw̌ Wázer Kēä was built using the conventions of Goblin durring the late 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Baw̌ Wázer Kēä is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Baw̌ Wázer Kēä is buildings are arranged arrounded a highly ordered system of restrictive canals streets which form triangular paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town is protected by a well-crafted cobblestone fence tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. Baw̌ Wázer Kēä's frontieer-style defences are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the town as needed.

A look around Baw̌ Wázer Kēä shows Baw̌ Wázer Kēä is little more than a wretched hive of scum and villainy. Birbes can be seen changing hands openly, such that it must be customary to do so and must have been for a long time. The locals have no fear, no annoyance at the state of things, it simply is.

Cultural Notes

Baw̌ Wázer Kēä's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its functional shapes, abstract shapes used sparingly for decor, simple color schemes, holistic design, and basic industrial materials. Its simple designs were created to be beautiful, functional, and mass-producible. The style used little to no embellishment or ornamentation, instead drawing attention to the streamlined design, such as flat roofs to create a simple, geometric look. The simplicity masks the style's nearly sinister functionality, as every last feature is designed to guide the people living in the building in how to make the most efficient use of the structure.
